This is an all original and rare 1950’s 18k. gold ladies Patek Philippe cocktail watch dating to the 1950’s. The dial is completely original. The solid gold case has not been polished and measures 13.5×33.5mm. lug-to-lug. The band (of course) is new with a gold filled vintage clasp. I love the design of this heavy gold Patek case. The manual winding and very fine 18 jewel Patek movement was cleaned in the past year. The original curved glass crystal is still present. This is a fine and rare Patek that will look amazing this New Year’s eve on any lady’s wrist.
