This 45mm stainless steel vintage pocket watch by Patek Philippe is very fine. The manual winding, amazingly finished Patek Philippe movement was meticulously cleaned and is accurate. This dial was expertly refinished. The steel case has a subtle rose-gold band around the edge. The watch chain is 14k solid-gold two-tone. Steel Pateks of any kind are very hard to find. What an amazing-looking vintage Patek Philippe pocket watch!
