This circa 2002 Roger Dubuis Sympathie measuring 43mm is solid-18k-white gold is number five of only 28 watches produced. The heavy solid-gold case with extended lugs and screw-fastened original band only has minor scuffs from infrequent use. The original 18k-solid-gold buckle is present. The movement is the automatic winding RD 57, 25 jewel made by Roger Dubuis. This is a very rare and heavy gold watch that you will likely not see another person wearing.
