This 1959 Rolex Oysterdate is absolutely stunning. The pictures say it all. This 34mm stainless steel Rolex Oyster case looks amazing and retains much detail. The dial has gently aged to an eggshell tone and looks absolutely spectacular. Notice the arrow raised markers, large ROLEX raised logo…love it. The date is the desirable roulette style (alternating red to black). The steel Dauphine style hands are very clean along with the blued steel sweep seconds. This manual winding robust and reliable Rolex movement was just cleaned and is accurate. These manual winding vintage Rolex have fewer parts than the automatic and are very inexpensive to maintain over the decades.
