Here is a very well-preserved circa late 1930s or early ’40s Rolex British Military pocket watch housed in the signed Rolex nickel case measuring 49.5mm. The manual winding Rolex movement was just serviced and is accurate. This black-glossy original dial looks amazing with the gold-gilt large Arabic numerals and original blued-steel cathedral hands. The case and dial have matching military ordinance numbers. On many examples, the case and dial numbers get mixed-up after a service and do not match – this one is correct and original. I have priced this vintage Rolex military watch quite well.
