This 1942 Bubbleback is an original owner watch who wore it most of his life! We have kept this watch all “as-is” without restoring anything, except for a full overhaul and cleaning of the fine and accurate ROLEX bubbleback automatic winding movement. Dial, hands case-all original. The dial with raised arrow markers has even patina and really does look great on the wrist. The blued steel pencil hands are original Rolex. The Rolex Oyster winding crown has the gold worn away but screws down just fine. The 32mm. gold filled case has wear mainly on the lugs only in the gold fill-“wabi-sabi”. If you love originality and patina, this watch is a STEAL at this price.
