This 1970 Rolex ref. 1601 Datejust 36mm just came back from a meticulous recent service of the automatic winding Rolex caliber 1570 movement, which is now accurate and sparkling. This watch even retains its original and very clean 20mm (dated 1971) Rolex Jubilee bracelet remaining remarkably tight and clean for its age. This bracelet still (of course) has some stretch…but is cleaner than most you will find. The case of this stainless steel Rolex watch is also very clean and has the highly desired 14k-solid-white-gold shimmering fluted bezel. The original dial is almost pristine! This vintage Rolex Datejust is a truly fine example that you will be pleased to own.
