This is a circa 1917 Rolex pocket watch measuring 42mm. and having an all-dial appearance. The dial is all original and amazing with a sunburst raised pattern, large sub-seconds and amazing original clover hands. The case is signed “platinette” which is likely a mix of platinum, rhodium and plated over metal, making this watch more interesting and valuable. The very fine movement by Rolex is among the best-adjusted to 6 positions. This movement was just fully serviced and is running accurately. With the naked eye, this watch looks almost pristine.
