When I found this very clean and uncommon 1959 Rolex Oyster Precision ref. 6427, I was thrilled! We are seeing fewer and fewer vintage Rolex watches coming from their original owners (like this one)! This stainless steel, 35mm sleek and shimmering Rolex Oyster is a true classic, having a desirable engine-turned bezel, original Oyster winding crown, screw back, folded Rolex Oyster bracelet, which are all in fantastic condition! The slate-grey dial is all original, with gold gilt print “ROLEX OYSTER” and silver gilt “PRECISION” having raised gold markers, Dauphine hands, and sweep seconds. The manual winding Rolex movement was just cleaned and is sparkling and keeping time very well. These vintage manual winding Rolex are slimmer than the automatics on the wrist, so they sit low, offering a modern and sleek look that really is eye-catching!
