This vintage Rolex Victory is a WW2-era watch that was sold to soldiers going overseas in WW2 and is a completely original example. The dial is completely original, with reflective minute track, sub-seconds, and original blued steel hands, which were likely relumed in the past. The chrome-plated case has been left in its original condition and truly looks much less worn on the wrist. These smaller-sized 29mm cases were made by either Pioneer or ID. Some are signed Rolex, and others, such as this example are correctly not. This ID case has the interesting thick, ridged case back. The original Rolex movement is correctly signed “ROLEX” under the dial and was just cleaned by our Rolex watchmaker and is running accurately. This watch is for the purist, who enjoys their collectable WW2 watches in their original condition, which is becoming hard to find these days. We have installed a vintage (unused) grey-leather band that really completes the military look.
