This is a very rare Seiko stopwatch introduced for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. This is a rare 1/10 second split second chronograph working perfectly. The movement is lovely! The dial is pristine. The massive 65mm. case looks amazing. You will be lucky to find another anywhere in the world.
