This is a ref. 5740-8000 circa 1975 vintage Seiko Lord marvel having a recently serviced high-beat 36,000BPM manual winding movement which is accurately maintaining time. This watch houses a very high quality Seiko movement that is revered in the collector’s world. I love the exaggerated Arabic numerals against this light silver linen pattern original dial. This linen, raised pattern dial is the rarest in the Lord Marvel series, and hardest to find. Notice the beefy beveled lugs on this amazing-looking watch. There is a tiny ding in the bezel near the crown, but barely worth mentioning considering the age of the watch. The dial is fantastic.
