This 35mm. solid gold ca. 1960’s TIMEX DORADO ELECTRIC is quite rare-all original-preserved as if in a time capsule and complete with box, all papers and hangtag! The silver (original) dial is virtually flawless-not a mark on it. The 14k. yellow gold case is also pristine. The ELECTRIC movement by TIMEX was VERY expensive to produce at this early stage in electric watch manufacture, with the watch priced at $125 when new. This TIMEX ELECTRIC movement is keeping very accurate time. I do stress-this is a very RARE TIMEX being solid 14k. gold. This watch was only produced in 1968-69 and was the only solid gold watch produced by TIMEX excluding the Disney Mickey mouse watch. I don’t know of another available on the net anywhere in the world as of the day we posted this watch.
