This is a fine, early and uncommon, 1960 TUDOR OYSTER PRINCE 34, known as “THE TUXEDO”; with flawless, perfectly and accurately restored “bulls-eye” “pie-pan” dial! The radiating silver, original, ribbed edges with gold coloured markers lead your eye towards the black middle; having silver print, dauphine hands, Tudor rose insignia…perfect! The 1960’s dial variation is slightly different than the 1950’s version. The “shimmering like platinum” stainless steel case, Rolex winding crown, inwardly curved “Bombe” lugs are all in gleaming condition. The TUDOR (by ROLEX) automatic winding movement was fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned…accurate! These watches are very “hot” and desirable…with prices still low (in my opinion). They are one of the best looking vintage watches you can wear! We keep some of these in our permanent collection as they are so difficult to find!
