This splendid and rare OVERSIZED 1950’s VACHERON CONSTANTIN is absolutely amazing! The watch is entirely original, including the dial, crown movement and hands. Only minor ageing appears on the upper dial edge. The very fine manual winding oversized movement is keeping accurate time. This solid 18k. gold case is quite uncommon to find, with massive, bulbous lugs and original winding crow, The case alone measures 35.25mm. across and 45mm. lug-to-lug and looks much larger due to the all dial appearance and sprawling, imposing lugs. This watch shares the same pedigree and quality of a Patek Philippe at a fraction of the price. Most of us feel Vacheron Constantin vintage watches are highly undervalued at present.
