Description
This is a 1941 boys-size vintage military Rolex Oyster Royal Observatory having the rarest and most desirable version of the original dial. This original dial is grey, with white print, sub-seconds, original lume, and matching blued steel pencil hands, which are all in beautifully preserved condition. The original and large Oyster-patented winding crown is still present. The 17-jewel manual winding Rolex movement was recently cleaned and is running accurately. The smaller-sized 30.5mm stainless steel case has not been polished and was left original. Smaller watches are coming back in style.
