This is an all original and rare 1950s 18k gold ladies Patek Philippe cocktail watch dating to the 1950s. The dial is completely original. The solid-gold case has not been polished and measures 13.5×33.5mm lug-to-lug. The band (of course) is new with a gold-filled vintage clasp. I love the design of this heavy gold Patek case. The manual winding and very fine 18-jewel Patek movement was cleaned in the past year. The original curved glass crystal is still present. This is a fine and rare Patek that will look amazing this New Year’s eve on any lady’s wrist.
