Description
This is a large 36mm vintage Longines Flagship. This is the earliest of this model, dating to 1957 when the Flagship was introduced. This watch has an all-dial appearance due to the very narrow bezel and large dial. The dial is all-original, including the hands. It is hard to capture the look, as the dial changes tone in different lighting. This is a two-tone dial, having raised gold-toned Arabic numerals and markers. The correct logo winding crown is installed. The large steel case looks great overall and spreads across the wrist. This watch houses a very fine and large caliber 30h movement which sparkles after a very recent servicing. This is a hard-to-find Longines. I believe the Longines brand is undervalued due to their inherent quality.
