Description
Here is an honest and original example of a 1978 Omega Speedmaster Moon ref. 145.022-78 measuring 42mm with the original and unpolished case. The sparkling manual winding caliber 861 movement was recently dismantled and cleaned with all functions working accurately and smoothly. The dial, hands, lume, and bezel are all original. The crown and crystal are signed. It’s so nice to find an original example such as this.
