Description
This a very uncommon ref. 5700, Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King-Date Precision dating to 1982. This is an uncommon variety of Air-King that was sold mainly in Canada and Commonwealth countries only. The date is the feature making it uncommon; as the regular and common Air-Kings do not have the date. The 35mm stainless steel case is quite clean. The original thick Rolex Oyster bracelet also looks very fine. The original silver dial is excellent, having raised, shimmering steel baton markers and matching hands. The automatic winding caliber 1520 movement was just meticulously cleaned and overhauled by our Rolex-trained watchmaker and is keeping excellent time. This watch is very hard to find!
